Our history - 30 years of RM Electronics
1992
- RM electronics it's founded.
- We became the first DURACELL INDUSTRIAL distributor in Spain.
1999
- We became S.L., thus becoming RM ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS S.L.
- We partner with SECARTYS.
2001
- We became part of the board of directors of SECARTYS.
2002
- We buy the Manobens plastics company in Sabadell.
2003
- We take over the Ángel Meix banana and terminal manufacturing company.
2006
- We moved to Montornès, thus unifying the Sabadell and Ripollet factories.
2009
- Impex Electronics S.L. is created.
. - Ricard Sánchez (founder of RM electronics) is chosen character of Catalonia appearing in the contemporary history books of Catalonia.
2010
- First agreement with Asia Sources Hong Kong Ltd.
- RM Electronics is invited to Casa Real.
2012
- Agreement with SECARTYS for an external office in Asia.
2013
- We signed an agreement with VARTA for the development of the Spanish and Portuguese markets for the industrial sector.
2014
- We access the SECARTYS General Secretariat.
2016
- An exclusivity agreement is signed with Asia Source for the distribution of Premium Battery and Power Energy.
2018
- RM is elected for the second time as General Secretary of SECARTYS.
2020
- We take part in the RESPIREM project.
2022
- The process of transformation and modernization of RM Electronics begins, by creating a marketing department and carrying out the rebranding of the company.
